Noble ~ Peasant exists to connect discerning patrons with thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted work. Every item we offer has been selected or created with intention, and we stand behind the quality of what we sell.
We also recognize that our products are individual in nature. Whether through original creation, thoughtful curation, or trusted distribution, we enable sole proprietors, small teams, and talented artisans to support themselves through their craft. As such, we cannot offer the return policies commonly associated with mass-market retailers.
Unless otherwise noted, all purchases are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
For products incorporating natural materials or custom craftsmanship, normal variations in color, finish, wood grain, natural stone, metal patina, or other inherent characteristics are part of the unique character of the piece and are not considered defects.
Returns or refunds based solely on personal preference, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind are generally not accepted.
