Shipping policy

At Noble ~ Peasant, many of the pieces you purchase are shipped directly from the artisan who created or curated them. We believe this is the best way to preserve quality, reduce unnecessary handling, and ensure every item reaches you exactly as intended.

Each atelier or collection maintains its own production schedule.

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order and commissioned pieces include an estimated lead time on the product page or, in the case of commissioned work, as part of the commissioning process.

If an item requires additional time, you'll be notified promptly.

If your order contains products from more than one artisan or collection, those items may arrive in separate shipments and on different days. Additional shipping charges, if any, will be clearly presented at checkout.

Each artisan is responsible for carefully packaging their work for safe arrival. While presentation may vary from one atelier to another, every package is expected to meet Noble ~ Peasant's standards for protection and professionalism.

Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If your shipment appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days after the carrier's estimated delivery date. We'll coordinate with the artisan to investigate the shipment and work toward an appropriate resolution.
